Each cottage has been recently refurbished to a very high standard and has private gardens with wooden furniture and BBQs for outside entertaining. Situated in the village of Sampford Courtenay, a Devon heritage village "frozen in time" and famous for the Prayer Book Rebellion. There is a magnificent church, post office and a warm friendly 16th century thatched pub. The cottages are situated away from the well established tourist locations, offering peace and quiet, but only 4 miles from Dartmoor National Park and a half hour car journey from Exeter, a wonderful cathedral city.
