Triangle Cottage is a detached modern cottage in the centre of picturesque Tawstock village. The village (a conservation area) has a thirteenth century church with some of the finest monuments in Devon. There are attractive woodland walks from the village on the old carriage drives of Tawstock Court. The cottage is well equipped, centrally heated and double glazed. Barnstaple with its lively Pannier markets is 1½ miles away. Easy access to North Devon coast and Exmoor e.g. Lynton, Lynmouth, Ilfracombe, 35 mins drive. Beaches at Croyde, Saunton Sands, Westward Ho!, and Instow, 20/25 mins. Appledore and Bideford, 20 mins. RHS Rosemoor and Marwood Gardens, 20 mins drive. Well located for walking and cycling holidays. Nearest access point to Tarka Trail approx. 1 mile away.

Off-peak (weekly rates £290-310) couples rate for 2 persons £255 per week.

Changeover day
The cottage is available from 4pm on the first day and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Changeover day is Friday but can be flexible subject to cleaning arrangements. Short breaks negotiable.

Tawstock is well located for access to the Tarka Trail at Barnstaple, Fremington Quay and Instow.

We are 20 minutes drive from the fantastic courses at Saunton and Royal North Devon (Westward Ho!).

The cottage is 45 minutes drive from junction 27 of the M5.
Exeter Airport is approximately 1 hours drive.

Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental cost is required at the time of booking and the balance 8 weeks prior to holiday. If the letting date is within 8 weeks of booking then the full payment should accompany the booking request.
A refundable breakages and damages deposit of £100 is required.
Guests should ensure they have made adequate provision for comprehensive holiday insurance cover.
