Triangle Cottage is a detached modern cottage in the centre of picturesque Tawstock village. The village (a conservation area) has a thirteenth century church with some of the finest monuments in Devon. There are attractive woodland walks from the village on the old carriage drives of Tawstock Court. The cottage is well equipped, centrally heated and double glazed. Barnstaple with its lively Pannier markets is 1½ miles away. Easy access to North Devon coast and Exmoor e.g. Lynton, Lynmouth, Ilfracombe, 35 mins. Beaches at Croyde, Saunton Sands, Westward Ho!, and Instow, 20/25 mins. Appledore and Bideford, 20 mins. RHS Rosemoor and Marwood Gardens, 20 mins.

Changeover day
The cottage is available from 4pm on the first day and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Our preferred changeover day is Friday but this is flexible.

| Kitchen: | Electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. |
| Living Rooms: | Colour TV and DVD player. Dining room with French windows onto raised decking over back garden and wonderful views. |

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Duvets and pillows provided. Guests to provide own bed linen, towels and tea towels. We clean at the end of the stay. |

Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental cost is required at the time of booking and the balance 10 weeks prior to departure. If the departure date is within 10 weeks of booking then the full payment should accompany the booking request.
A refundable breakages and damages deposit of £100 is required.
Guests should ensure they have made adequate provision for comprehensive holiday insurance cover.
