Our lovely barn, situated in mature gardens of around 1 acre, is beautifully furnished and fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and relaxing break. Ideally situated for access to the Malvern Hills, Cotswolds, Oxford, Wye Valley, Stratford-upon-Avon and the Welsh border region, the location makes it ideal for walking, activity or sightseeing holidays. Alternatively, it's peaceful location within a small village makes it a wonderful get-away-from-it-all retreat. Children are made welcome with a well-stocked toy cupboard, books, table-tennis, Satellite TV in 2 rooms, videos, DVDs, computer and PS2, as well as outdoor activities such as a climbing frame, sandpit, 14ft trampoline, basketball hoop, badminton, boules and, during the summer months, an 18ft inflatable pool. The Barn also offers guests the use of a computer with BT Broadband connection plus a newly-installed 6-person hot tub.

Notes on prices
Weekend breaks are available, at £1,500 for up to 3 nights for up to 12 guests. Christmas and New Year and Easter week 7 nights minimum stay at £2,200. All rates are fully inclusive of all electricity, heating, towels, bed-linen and cleaning plus exclusive use of the house, gardens, etc.. JANUARY, FEBRUARY, NOVEMBER, DECEMBER WEEKENDS AVAILABLE AT ONLY £1,000 FOR UP TO 3 NIGHTS.
A £500 refundable security deposit is payable.

| Bedrooms: | The 2 king bedrooms can each accommodate 2 additional guests on single beds, one further child on a z-bed and a baby/toddler in a cot. Please note that rental rates quoted are based on an occupancy rate of 12 guests and a charge of £20 per person will be made for use of additional beds. We do not make any charge for babies, or for use of the 2 cots supplied.
