Kitchen: Cooker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and all pots, pans, plates, cups, glasses etc.

The apartment is located on the Ground Floor ( street ) level therefore should be suitable for wheelchair users although there is a step of apx 6" to enter the building.

Heathrow 40 mins drive. Tube Network 5 mins walk. Rail Network - Kings Cross / St Pancras 15 mins tube. Secure 'pay for' car park 1 min walk down street.

This apartment is available in priority blocks of 7 nights, but we will accept minumum 4 night bookings if the property is available. We are flexible on change day depending upon exit days of previous tenant. May also throw in 'extra' days at a discount / special price depending on the cycle. Non refundable deposit of 25% required with booking. Full balance to be paid 1 week prior to arrival. No cancellation refunds. £50 cleaning / laundry charge per booking. Bank transfers or PayPal accepted.

Location, Location, Location ! ! ! Simple as that ! ! ! Our lovely Mayfair flat is all about location. For travellers who are not familiar with London you will soon realise that London is a huge metropolis made up from a series of 'villages' and 'boroughs' all of which are interlinked. Mayfair is a grand and historical district defined and clearly bordered by Park Lane, Oxford Street, Regent Street and Piccadilly. It's greatest asset is that whilst it lies amongst the four busiest thoroughfares in London it retains a local village feel. As a result you can simply turn a corner or cross a road and find yourself instantly removed from Mayfair's tranquility and thrust into the 'madness' of Oxford Street and Piccadilly Circus !

If you want to explore 'real' London and live the London life for a while I can guarantee you will not find a better located and more convenient apartment than this little gem.
