The house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac 15 minutes walk from Brancaster beach. The well known Ship Inn is 3 minutes walk away.

A larger supermarket is at Burnham Deepdale approx 5 minutes in a car. There is a Sainburys and Waitrose in Hunstanton, approximately 15 minutes drive
Burnham Market is approx 10 minute drive.

Holkham, Sandringham and many other attractions are within half an hours drive.

About the owner
I am a designer and keen walker and cook. I live in London but also have an apartment in Spain (see S11281). David my husband and I have have 8 grandchildren who enjoy our holiday homes with their parents as well as with us.
Why the owner chose a home in this location
I bought the house in January 2011. After extensive
refurbishment the first visitors came in May 2011.
Brancaster is perfect for walkers and foodies alike! I was taken by the house as it is so near wonderful beaches.
Unique benefits of the property
We use the house as a family as well as letting it out. Everything is very child friendly, lots of special plates, cups etc. But I still have to have my comforts, ie nice linen, pillows and lots of heating!
