Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday. Guests are welcome to arrive from 3pm onwards and requested to leave by 10am on the departure day.

Notes on accommodation
The house has modern hot water and heating systems should the evenings turn cold. Suitable for children of all ages, from baby, toddler through the teenager with the many local attractions.
Outside
The villa has a large private garden suitable for games. The property is opposite extremely large playing fields which children can play in and be seen from the lounge.
Coast/Beach
Corbyn Villa is within 5 minute walking distance of the child friendly, sandy Goodrington beach. This is within an area which has many attractions for children, including the Quay West Water Park (with 8 water slides), go carts, duck pond, parkland, rock walk, crazy golf, and station for accessing Dartmouth Steam Train. The other beaches, harbour and pier are accessible via a 20 minute walk around the headland.
Travel
Paignton is most easily accessed by road. Only 30 minutes south of Exeter following the A380. Car hire is not necessary given the numerous attractions that can be reached within a 2 mile radius - which includes Paignton train station. Outside the property is a bus stop with links to Paignton town centre, Torquay and Totnes.

The villa is within 20 min drive of Brixham, Torquay, Dartmouth, Totnes, Newton Abbot. Within 30 minute drive of Exeter, Plymouth, Salcombe.
Further details
The villa has a large range of shops within a 5 min drive - including 2 main supermarkets and several local Spa shops. There are many local restaurants and also a 10 screen cinema on the seafront next to Paignton pier. Within a 20 min drive: Babbacombe Model Village, Kents Cavern, Occombe Farm, Woodlands Leisure Park, Cockington Medieval Village, Berry Pomeroy Castle, Compton House, Dartmouth Castle.
