Courtyard Cottage is a traditional flint barn conversion in a charming North Norfolk village location. Excellently situated close to the popular coastal locations. Ground floor accommodation both stylish and comfortable. Quietly tucked away within the grounds of a large period house. Private parking, shared gardens and tennis court and private outside seating area. Binham village has a beautiful, ruined priory and a great pub, which brews its own ale and offers a menu of home-cooked food. This charming barn is an ideal base for exploring the beautiful North Norfolk coast. 5 mins drive to Wells-next-sea. or Blakeney. We are sorry but we are unable to accept pets.

Weekend break, friday to monday from £200 - 225.
A charge of £25 is made for making up the second bedroom.

Changeover day
Friday changeover. Arrival from 4pm and departure by 10am. Short breaks fri to Mon, or Mon to Fri.

Bedrooms: Main bedroom with kingsize bed. Second smaller bedroom can be made up upon request for a 3rd person for an extra charge of £25 per week.
Bathrooms: Modern bathroom with bath and shower over bath.
Kitchen: Modern and stylish kitchen with electric cooker, hob, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher and micowave. Well-equipped.
Living Rooms: Light and airy open plan with exposed beams, high ceilings, large leather sofas, wall-mounted TV and DVD player. Modern and good quality furniture. Storage heaters and electric fire. Comfortable and relaxing room.
Other: Porch for coats.

linen/maid service:
Bedlinen and towels included. Cleaning by housekeeper upon departure.

Notes on accommodation
Ideal for couples, not suitable for young children although 3rd person may be accommodated upon request at discretion of owner for a small extra charge (£25 per week). Sorry we are unable to accept pets.

Accessibility
Ground floor property, with no stairs. Not however suitable for wheelchairs due to width of doorways and door threshold.

Outside
Outside there is a private seating area, with table and chairs. Additionally there is a large communal garden with tennis court. Allocated parking for 1 vehicle just outside the property and extra off-road parking available.

Coast/Beach
The beautiful beach of Wells-next-the-sea and Holkam bay are just a 5min drive away. The picturesque quay at Blakeney is also just a 5 min drive away. You are able to walk to a beach at Stiffkey 3 miles away.

Travel
Norwich airport 1 hour drive.

Distances
Blakeney is famous for it's pretty quay and quaint village, 5 min away. Holt is a great small market town with lovely shops, 15 min drive away. Birdwatching is nearby 5/10 min along the coast. Binham is in the heart of the golden triangle, a soughtafter location for holidays.

Further details
Binham village has a traditional butcher's shop and an old-fashioned general store and garage. There is a charming pub serving homecooked food and homebrewed ale.

Booking notes
£50 deposit required on booking, with balance payable 4 weeks before arrival. Extra charge of £25 per week for 3rd person.
