Notes on accommodation
Townleigh Farm Estate is a fun and beautiful place with a variety of wildlife to be seen with acerage to explore, the greatest benefit is its proximity to the A30 which offers good accessibility to a variety of tourist places and motorways. The Eden Project is only a 45 minute drive way.

Outside
Townleigh is only a 45 minute drive away from the Eden Project, 10 minutes from Dartmoor, 2 minutes from Roadford Lake where various watersports can be pursued. There are lots of walks and views to be experienced at your leisure on or off our estate. Good parking for all vehicles. Why not come down and enjoy private fishing on our own stretch of the river Thrushall. A number of cycle routes are in the local area for example the "Granite Way and Tarka Trail" for you to experience, if you don't have your own bike there are rental shops available.
Coast/Beach
45 minutes drive to the best local beaches including Widemouth Bay, Polseath, Padstow, Rock, Bude.
Golf
15 minute drive to Ashbury Golf Course and 25 minutes to St Mellion Golf and Country Club.
