We are situated just a few minutes drive from the historic town of Launceston, with all local amenities, and equidistant between Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor. There is also a good local pub within a 10 minute walk from the Annex. We welcome one well behaved dog.

Changeover day
Preferred changeover day is Saturday but this is also flexible. Usual arrival time is 3.00 pm and departure time 10.00 am but this is also flexible - please check with us.

We accept one well behaved dog. No smoking inside property.
Outside
There is a small private patio for guests with their own BBQ and table and chairs.
Coast/Beach
The coast is approximately 40 minutes away by car. Bude, on the North Coast, and Looe, on the South Coast, are both approximately 25 miles away by car. There are other places of interest within easy reach on the North Coast such as Boscastle, Tintagel, Port Isaac and on the South Coast, Plymouth, Polperro, Fowey.
Travel
The nearest airports are Exeter or Newquay.
Distances
Launceston is approximately 4 miles away. This is an ancient market town and has 3 supermarkets and a number of Banks and individual shops. The historic town of Tavistock is approximately 13 miles away and it's Pannier market is open every day except Sundays and Mondays.
