No 9 Sea Rock Apartment is a light and airy luxury I bedroom apartment located close to the promenade and Jubilee Gardens in Ilfracombe. Close to all amenities and a short walk from the Quay. The area has a distinctly continental feel with lots of excellent restaurants and cafes including No 11 The Quay owned by renowned international artist Damien Hirst. Ilfracombe is described as the ‘Gateway to the Heritage Coast’ and is surrounded by rugged cliffs and beautiful scenery. The old harbour bustles with activity and there are regular ferries across to Lundy Island, a sanctuary for local wildlife. Walkers can enjoy the wonderful National Trust Tors Walk from Ilfracombe to Lee Bay with excellent coastal views. For the theatre enthusiast there is the Landmark Theatre in Ilfracombe or the Queens Theatre in Barnstaple. Excellent surfing nearby as well as golf, walking cycling and leisure centre facilities.

Exeter airport 52 miles. Recommend using a car to get around the area although it is possible to travel by bus. Nearest train station is Barnstaple.
