Saturday changeover day from May - September. Other times may be flexible. Please enquire.

| Living Rooms: | The lounge is on the first floor of the apartment and enjoys magnificent views. It is comfortably furnished and equipped with colour TV, video, DVD, CD player/Radio. There are two cream leather settees (3 seater & 2 seater) and a dining table and chairs. |
| Other: | The small single bedroom is on the first floor (off the lounge and next to the shower room). The twin room is on the second floor and has restricted height due to sloping ceiling. Panoramic views are enjoyed from the twin bedroom. |

Notes on accommodation
The property has full gas central heating and double glazing.
Accessibility
Steps lead from the parking area to the first floor entrance hall where the main double bedroom is situation. There are stairs from the entrance hall to the first floor (lounge/dining/kitchen, single bedroom and shower room) and further stairs from the lounge to the twin bedroom on the second floor.
Outside
Due to the location of the property there is no outside garden area - apart from the beach. There is parking for one small car.
Coast/Beach
The apartment is on the estuary beach river front in Teignmouth and is a 2 minute level walk from all local facilities - such as supermarkets, shops, banks, restaurants and bars. Teignmouth has a large sandy beach where you can enjoy a leisurely stroll along the delightful sea front area.
Travel
Easily accessible by road or rail with the M5 connection 10 min away and main line railway from Paddington to Teignmouth or Newton Abbot. Exeter airport is 20 mins away. Plymouth Ferry Port approx 45 mins.
Distances
These important places are a very simple drive.
The Riviera town of Torquay is 20 minutes away. Exeter with its historic Norman Cathedral and sophisticated shops is 30 minutes away and the market town of Newton Abbot is 12 minutes away. Plymouth is approximately 1 hour.
