Formerly an apple store and workshop, this delightful single storey accommodation adjoins the owners house. Just 150 yards from the historic canal side 'Ship Inn' with its restaurant and gardens, you will find peace and tranquillity without feeling isolated. Ideal for those wishing to explore the Severn Vale canal heritage, and the Severn Way (which passes through the village), Cheltenham, the Cotswolds and Bristol. Shop 3 miles, pub 150 yards.

Cosy double bedroom with double bed and integral wardrobe. Spacious en-suite shower room with level entry shower area, WC and sink/mirror. Please note that access to bathroom is through the bedroom.

Cooker and hob, fridge, microwave, toaster. Washing machine by arrangement.

Quaint lounge/diner/kitchenette. Double sofa bed and second sofa. Dining table and 4 chairs. TV and video, radio and CD player.

Towels and linen included and changed weekly unless additional service required (paid locally).

Former 18th century coach house converted into cosy studio cottage. Compact living area with original beams, sofa bed, small fridge, microwave, 'slow cooker', toaster, sink and kettle. TV with video, CD/radio. Level entry shower room and WC. Hanging rails for clothes. Upstairs room with double bed and angled ceilings which limits headroom except in centre of room. Please note upstairs bedroom is partially galleried with downstairs living area, so may not be suitable if privacy required by sharing guests.

Central heating. Patio and small garden area with table and chairs. One well behaved pet welcome.

18 hole and 9 hole courses. Good variety of golf, up & down terrain, wide views. Floodlit driving range. Clubhouse. Visitors welcome at all times.

Minchinhampton Golf Course - New Course - 25 minutes drive
36 hole parkland course. Visitors welcome, book by phone (01453 833840). Handicap certificate required. Juniors under 18 weekdays only.

Further details
Ideal location for walkers and ramblers as the Severn Way passes through the village. Watch the Severn Bore as it comes up the river (twice a day) and can be quite spectacular at certain times of the year! Easy access to the Cotswolds, Severn Valley and the Forest of Dean. Some visitors even visit the Brecon Beacons in Wales!
