Changeover day
The apartment is usually run from Saturday to Saturday, but we can be flexible, depending upon the time of year. Arrival time is 4pm. Departure being 11am.

All towels, linen & toiletries are provided. The apartment is cleaned & maintained by the owners of the property after each visit, to ensure the apartment is first class. |

Accessibility
The property has the advantage of being on the ground floor, so this would be ideally suited for wheel chair access.
The apartment can be entered from the front or the rear of the property, also the private parking is located just to the rear of the apartment.
Travel
The nearest airport to York, is Leeds - being approx. 25 miles away.
Car hire is not necessary for York centre, but details of car hire are provided.
The York train station is approx 15 minutes walk.
Distances
York centre is a ten minute stroll from the apartment.
Further details
There are three supermarkets within walking distance of the apartment (being 5 minutes away). The apartment has a good selection of recommended restaurants, places of interester, leisure activities etc.
Booking notes
A deposit of £100 per week is required upon booking.
The balance, would be due, 6 weeks before the holiday will commence.
