Changeover day
Preferred change over day is Saturday. Timings are entry after 3.0pm and exit before 10am.

| Kitchen: | Kitchen includes all utensils, electric fan assisted oven with halogen hob, microwave, dish washer, fridge with small freezer unit, washing machine. Small breakfast bar with 2 bar stools. |
| Living Rooms: | Lounge diner includes 2 double leather sofas, with one as a sofa bed. Pull out oak table and 4 chairs and coffee table. Ipod docking player and small occasional table. TV and DVD player with a selection of DVDs. Out-standing views to the sea front and bay |

Accessibility
Off street parking to the front of the property.There are stairs to access the front of the property and there are stairs to access the first floor apartment as well as stairs to access the bedrooms on the second floor.
Outside
There is a garden area to the rear of the property that is available to use that is shared with the other apartments in the block. There is also a hard area to the front that is available for seating. Folding chairs can be found under the stairs in a cupboard, that are used at the risk of the renter.
Coast/Beach
Beautiful sandy beach, literally outside the door of the building, surrounded by chalk and clay cliffs. Fantastic coastal and in land walks. North Yorkshire Moors railway. RSPB Bempton Cliffs is only 10 miles or so away. Scarborough to the north and Bridlington to the south. York is an hour away by car.

Golf course 2 to 3 miles away.

Supermarket and small town facilities are only 5 minutes walk.

The apartment is a Saturday to Saturday occupancy. £100 deposit holds the apartment and acts as a returnable bond after occupancy. The balance payable 6 weeks before occupancy date.

About the owner
We are both teachers and have two daughters. We enjoyed our beach holidays so much that we bought our apartment to escape to the beach and the peace and quiet of Filey.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
The main reasons for buying our apartment was because of the unspoilt beach of Filey. The clean and flat sandy beach together with the secluded and protected aspect of the cliffs on both sides acts as a fantastic picturesque scene. The apartment enjoys all of that vista. The town is relatively small and with a friendly and welcoming feel, that does not have the usual amusements and slot machines that exist in most English seaside towns and for that it is charming. There are great coastal walks and plenty to do by the sea and inland.
Unique benefits of the property
The key benefits of our apartment are its proximity to the beach which is literally across the road. Of course the apartment enjoys the views to the front, of the sea, beach and cliffs. The town is a short stroll and around the corner from our apartment. The apartment has only just been renovated to a high standard of finish and comfort.
