We believe when you go away from home you require, comfort, relaxation and all the modern luxuries we nowadays take for granted. That is why we have made Winterbrook Cottage, truly a 'home from home'. Winterbrook is a terraced three storey stone built cottage, which has recently been refurbished to offer a high standard of accommodation, whilst still retaining most of its character and features. This quaint traditional Grade II listed fisherman's cottage is ideally located in a quiet traffic free street in the heart of the old fishing village of Mevagissey, moments from the picturesque harbour and taverns.

The heating is provided by night storage heating. Our holiday lets are from Sunday to Sunday. One of the main reasons we chose this day for changeover, was that we found it much easier and quicker to travel to Cornwall especially during peak holiday times of the year, due to the amount of traffic now on the roads. (NB Christmas and New Year are short breaks so different days may apply) We regret that we cannot accept cats however, one well-behaved dog, will be accepted at a cost of £20 per week by prior arrangement. Electricity is included in the cost of the holiday during the period of 7 May – 27 August. A heating supplement of £25 per week is applicable during the period of 27 August – 7 May inclusive.
