Exmouth is easily accessible from the M5 and A303 and Beacon Lodge is in an excellent location. The sea-front is only a few minutes away, which has an excellent family sandy beach. Water sports and sailing is available from the sea-front or from the marina area. Also close by is a children's boating lake with slides, swings, mini golf and trampolines. The town centre is a 10 minute walk and has a variety of restaurants and pubs to suit all tastes. There is also a local cinema and swimming pool within walking distance. Exeter is easily accessible by road or train and the Exmouth tourist information centre is nearby which provides information on the various activities and tourist attractions in Devon and Cornwall. Parking for 2 cars per flats is available on the forecourt.

Changeover day
The flats are available on a weekly basis and Saturday is a changeover day.
The flats will be available from 15:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure.
Notes on accommodation
Children are very welcome, but must be supervised at all times if on the balcony in flat 4. Highchairs and cots can be provided at no extra charge.
No pets are allowed.
Flat 2 is particularly suitable for young children and also those with difficultly with stairs.
There is parking for up to 2 cars per flat on the forecourt.
There is a shared enclosed garden at the rear of the building, this also has a shared clothes line.
Coast/Beach
Exmouth beach is about 1.5 miles long and is a sandy beach which is good for families. The beach is about 150 metres from the house.
Travel
Exmouth is easily accessible from the M5 and A303. Exeter airport is approximately 8 miles away.
Distances
Exmouth is centrally located and is a good basis for attractions throughout Devon and Cornwall.
