Exmouth is easily accessible from the M5 and A303 and Beacon Lodge is in an excellent location. The sea-front is only a few minutes away, which has an excellent family sandy beach. Water sports and sailing is available from the sea-front or from the marina area. Also close by is a children's boating lake with slides, swings, mini golf and trampolines. The town centre is a 10 minute walk and has a variety of restaurants and pubs to suit all tastes. There is also a local cinema and swimming pool within walking distance. Exeter is easily accessible by road or train and the Exmouth tourist information centre is nearby which provides information on the various activities and tourist attractions in Devon and Cornwall. Parking for 2 cars per flats is available on the forecourt.

The flats are available on a weekly basis and Saturday is a changeover day.
The flats will be available from 15:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure.

Check availability Beacon Lodge - Flat 4 (3 Bedrooms, Sleeps 6)
Flat 4 has 3 bedrooms and is located on 2 levels which are the 2nd and 3rd floors of the building. It is accessed via an external staircase to the 1st floor and then internal stairs to the remaining floors.
On the 1st level there is 1 double bedroom with sea-views and 1 twin room. The kitchen is also on this floor and is full fitted with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and cooker and seating for 6 people. There are sea-views from the kitchen and also the dining room which seats 6, which is next door. The bathroom is also located on this floor and has a shower over the bath, WC and hand basin.
On the 2nd level (top floor of the building) there is 1 twin bedroom and an exceptional large lounge with internal steps leading to French windows and out onto the balcony, which has breathtaking views across the bay to Torquay and also up the Exe Estuary. Please note the balcony area is not suitable for young children.

Flat 3 has 2 bedrooms and is located on the 1st floor of Beacon Lodge and is accessed via an external staircase.
There is 1 double bedroom with sea views and 1 twin room. A folding bed is available if required for an additional person. The kitchen is full fitted with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and cooker. There is a separate dining room also with sea views next to the kitchen.
The lounge area is along the corridor and also looks out over the seafront.
The bathroom is fully tiled with a shower over the bath and hand basin. There is a separate WC next door to the bathroom.

Flat 2 is a ground floor flat, so extremely good for people with young children or those who have difficulty with stairs.
The entrance is into hall and off the hall is 1 double bedroom with sea views, there is also 1 twin room. A folding bed is available if required for an additional person.
There are excellent sea views from the large lounge/dining area which has an ornate wooden fireplace.
The kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, cooker and a breakfast bar area for up to 4 people.
The bathroom is fully tiled with a shower over the bath and a hand basin. There is a separate WC next door.

 

Notes on accommodation
Children are very welcome, but must be supervised at all times if on the balcony in flat 4. Highchairs and cots can be provided at no extra charge.
No pets are allowed.
Flat 2 is particularly suitable for young children and also those with difficultly with stairs.
There is parking for up to 2 cars per flat on the forecourt.
There is a shared enclosed garden at the rear of the building, this also has a shared clothes line.

Coast/Beach
Exmouth beach is about 1.5 miles long and is a sandy beach which is good for families. The beach is about 150 metres from the house.

Travel
Exmouth is easily accessible from the M5 and A303. Exeter airport is approximately 8 miles away.

Distances
Exmouth is centrally located and is a good basis for attractions throughout Devon and Cornwall.

Further details
Exmouth town centre is close by and has a range of restaurants and pubs to suit all tastes. There is also a local cinema and swimming pool.
Exeter is easily accessible by road and rail.

A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking, the final balance is required at least 3 weeks prior to the start of the holiday.
