Notes on accommodation
The Chapel has the enviable position of being situated adjacent to Maypole Green, overlooking the Maypole which is still used annually in traditional village May Day celebrations! The exterior of the Chapel has not been altered during conversion, mindful of its place in an attractive conservation area. Inside, the transformation from a minimalist Methodist-style shell to a stylish, desirable dwelling is quite stunning!! It has been awarded a 5-star rating by Quality in Tourism in February 2011. The Chapel has underfloor heating throughout the ground floor with radiators in the upper living area. Each room is individually thermostatically controlled. There is a whole-house ventilation system in place, which constantly refreshes and circulates the air within the Chapel - this is also beneficial for those suffering from hay fever. There is ample lighting to suit any mood with wall-lights, inset window lights, ceiling spot-lights and of course, the chandelier! No Smoking or pets.
