Changeover day
Preferred changeover day is Saturday although short breaks out of season are available preferably starting or ending Saturdays Tuesdays or Wednesdays. Other changeover days can be negotiated.

Major international airports are at Manchester approx 2 hours away, Glasgow (Prestwick) approx 2hours 45 minutes away and Newcastle approx 1 hour 45 minutes away. Train stations are at Windermere and Penrith bith about 30 mins drive. A car is recommended.

Windermere 13 miles, Ambleside 10 miles, Grasmere 13 miles, Coniston 17 miles, Keswick 16 miles, Penrith 13 miles.

Further details
There are well equipped local shops, pubs and restaurants and an ATM machine in Glenridding Village. There is a post office in Patterdale approx 1 mile away and major supermarkets etc in Penrith Keswick and Windermere all about 14 miles away.

Booking notes
Booking form required with £55 deposit to secure the booking or full amount if booking within 4 weeks. Payment of balance 4 weeks prior to booking. Payment can be by cheque (preferred) or debit/credit card. Credit cards attract a 2% surcharge.
