'Wavecrest' is a newly, spaciously, converted net loft, fully renovated and refurbished to the highest standards, sleeping 6 adults in 3 bedrooms. The accommodation is split over two levels. There are 10 stone steps leading to the front door and first floor level where you will find the open plan kitchen / living room and double bedroom with en-suite. The other two bedrooms / shower room and utility area are reached by internal stairs next to the kitchen area. There are excellent restaurants, a fine traditional pub, a village shop and a number of galleries in Mousehole. Numerous high quality restaurant, bars, surf shops and galleries can be be found in the local towns of St Ives and Penzance.

There is a flight of stairs leading down to the ground floor accommodation from open plan kitchen/sitting room. This makes is unsuitable for very young children.

Accessibility
There are 10 stone steps leading to the front door of the property - it is therefore not suitable for wheelchair users.
There is no parking directly outside the property - there are 2 car parks a short walk away around the harbour (£2.00/day). It is possible to unload luggage outside the property. The roads are very narrow and parking is limited in high season. You may have to park on the outskirts of the village.

Travel
Newquay Airport - 45 miles. Penzance Station - 4 miles.
Car hire available at Newquay Airport.
Use of car recommended although accommodation can be reached by train/taxi. Regular bus service from Penzance into the village.

Distances
Penzance - 4 miles. St Ives - 15 miles. The Eden Project - 50 miles.

There are excellent restaurants, a fine traditional pub, a village shop and a number of galleries in Mousehole. Numerous high quality restaurant, bars, surf shops and galleries can be be found in the local towns of St Ives and Penzance.
From Mousehole you can enjoy breathtaking walks to Lamorna Cove along the coastal path. You are well placed for both surfing and sandy beaches as well as easy access to the A30 if you want to explore further afield.
The Tate Gallery and Barbara Hepworth Museum in St Ives, the Penlee Gallery in Penzance and the outstanding open air 'Minack Theatre' at Porthcurno make the area a centre of cultural excellence.
