Pear Tree House is a delightful Grade II listed cottage situated in the heart of the lovely village of Ruswarp, just a mile outside Whitby on the stunning North Yorkshire Coast. The cottage comprises four generous bedrooms sleeping up to 6 adults and 2 children. The cottage has a cosy and welcoming interior which is furnished to a very high standard and equipped with everything you could need.

| Utility Room: | There is a separate utility/cloakroom with washing machine and tumble dryer. |
| Living Rooms: | The living room has two three seater sofas and chair. There is a TV and Play Station 2. |
| Other: | At the side of the kitchen lies the sunroom with three seater sofa, TV with Freeview and DVD player. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The cottage is cleaned on a weekly basis or at changeover. Bedlinen and towels are provided although beach towels are not. If you need additional cleaning during your stay it can be provided on request for an additional fee. |

The cottage does not have parking directly outside although there is street parking in both directions.
Outside
Outside the rear of the cottage there is a large Yorkshire stone flagged area with table and chairs for 6 and barbeque which catches the sun for most of the day.
Coast/Beach
Stunning Yorkshire beaches are within an easy drive or bus ride.
Whitby is 1 mile away. Sandsend is 5 minutes by car and Robin Hoods Bay with it's rockpools is 15 minutes.
Golf
There is a stunning golf course at Whitby which overlooks the sea. It's less than 5 minutes drive away.

Further details
There is a fabulous butchers shop opposite the cottage which even serves fresh sausage and bacon sandwiches together with locally sourced meat and fresh bread. Ruswarp also has a convenience shop and pub.
There are plenty of great pubs, cafes and local shops to enjoy in the area.

About the owner
My husband and I bought Pear Tree House when our first daughter was almost a year old. We live an hour away and wanted family holidays and weekends by the sea!
We now have a 5 year old, 3 year old and almost 1 year old and enjoy every minute we stay at the cottage whether it be summer or winter, sunny or rainy.
The children love the cottage and we relax the minute we come through the door. I hope you will too!
