Marigold Cottage is an original stone detached cottage with a private walled garden, ideal for small children. Marigold has 3 double rooms each with its own bath/shower room and one single room (no central heating in this room so recommend for summer use only). Marigold shares excellent leisure facilities with other properties on the estate - these include an indoor heated swimming pool, full size wood panelled snooker room, games room, tennis court, pitch and putt and outdoor play area - making it an all year round holiday destination. There are beautiful walks through the South Hams countryside and good access to lot of beaches e.g. nearby Slapton and Hope Cove. Dartmouth, Salcome and Dartmoor are within easy reach.

There are several golf courses in the surrounding area - Thurlestone, Bigbury and Dartmouth.

Travel
The South Hams has excellent travel links, with Totnes having regular inter-city services to London Paddington and the Midlands. The A38 Devon Expressway linking Plymouth and Exeter to the M5 is only a short distance away.

Distances
The nearby village of Sherford is a delightful village which runs along a country lane about one mile from Frogmore Creek and the A379 Kingsbridge/Dartmouth Road.

Further details
The neighbouring village of Frogmore has an excellent bakery, village shop, post office and a pub. Kingsbridge with a range of shops and restaurants is approximately 4 miles away.
