Lime Cottage has been beautifully restored while maintaining its character and original features. It is a sun trap in the summer months and has lovely tranquil views. There are great walks within the private grounds as well as nearby Woodbury common and cliff walks. It is located in the countryside but close to beaches and historic towns such as Topsham and Sidmouth.

Changeover day
Friday is the usual changeover day. Arrival after 4pm and departure by 10am although we can be flexible. We do offer midweek breaks as well.

We require a 25% deposit to secure the booking. Final balance is due before 2 months of arrival. Payment normally by bank transfer. No credit cards.
