Notes on accommodation
The accommodation consists of a large living area and kitchen and a separate en-suite double bedroom both on the ground floor. The owner lives upstairs so access to the ground floor and the upstairs is via the shared main front door and hallway. The apartment is entirely self contained with lockable doors. Very recently decorated and equipped with new appliances. Iron & ironing board available on request. Suitable for one/two adults only.
