Downstairs you have a lovely kitchen with all mod cons, huge sitting room with a wood burning stove and a dining alcove. Wooden flooring with lots of rugs and squishy sofas! Comfort for all in the 5 (+1!) bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The '+1' is off the master bedroom and can be used as a bedroom. Outside is an enclosed garden (children welcome) with parking for 2-3 cars, more parking just across the lane. A few miles to Woodstock & Blenheim Palace; Charlbury for express trains to London/Hereford; Oxford for the colleges and shopping - a great location for everyone! Situated on a small working family farm. Laughton's Retreat is in the same location and if booked together we have accommodation for 16. (10% discount if booked together). Short breaks available all year (except holidays Christmas & New Year weeks) and flexible changeovers. Well behaved dogs welcome, except in the bedrooms.
