Owner profile

About the owner
Margaret has farmed and lived in the area around Beaminster in West Dorset since the early 1970's. I love the countryside, the coastline and the friendly people. I retired from teaching 12 years ago and 4 years ago my husband and I moved into Bridport town centre. We enjoy the convenience of walking into town and also being able to walk to the coast. A year ago I bought, modernized and have totally refurbished the little cottage next door. We are looking forward to welcoming visitors to Little Seagulls, which is already being enjoyed by members of our large family and friends.

Year purchased: 2009

Why the owner chose a home in this location
Our car is little used now that we are living in Bridport! We can walk to all the facilities of the town, but also have easy assess into the countryside and the coast. With no passing traffic the cottage is peacefully located and we hope our visitors will also enjoy these benefits.

Unique benefits of the property
We hope you will find Little Seagulls a comfortable, clean, cosy and convenient centre from which to explore this beautiful area.
