Set in a very quiet location the property is only a couple of minutes walk to the many amenities Fowey has to offer. The property itself has everything the discerning holiday maker could want whether your visit is in the summer or winter.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds based on a family of 4. Additional guests are charged at £25per person per week or part of. Linen and towels are provided. Long weekends (Fri-Mon) available at 60% of the usual rent. We do accept well behaved dogs however an additional refundable £150 deposit is required, refundable providing no damage has occurred. Call for late availability.
Changeover day
Friday (flexible out of season). Arrival not before 3pm and departure by 10.30am.

Accessibility
Fowey is very hilly and parking is limited, however "Tellings" is one of only a handful of properties having parking directly outside.
Outside
The patio garden and small deck to the front of the house has seating for 10 with two parking spaces to the side. There is a barbecue for guests use.
Coast/Beach
Within a few minutes walk are the beaches of Whitehouse and Readymoney and further afield Coombe and Lantic Bay.
Golf
Carlyon Bay, Lanhydrock and Lostwithiel golf clubs are all within 15 minutes drive. There are over 30 courses with in 1 hours drive.
Special interest holidays
Fowey plays host to the Daphne du Maurier festival every May. It also holds Fowey Royal Regatta every August.

Distances
St Austell is the nearest large town to Fowey being 7 miles away. To the west is the City of Truro, some 20 miles and 33 miles to the east, Plymouth. The north coast, Padstow, Rock and Newquay are some 20-25 miles to the north.
Further details
Fowey has a wide variety of good restaurants, pubs and 3 banks with cashpoints. There are excellent local shops including a Post Office, bakers, butchers, fishmongers, delicatessen and a selection of specialist retailers. There are two sailing clubs both of which accept visiting yachtsmen. Boat trips, fishing trips sailing lessons and motor boat hire can be arranged.

A deposit of £250 is required per week booked. Full payment is required 4 weeks prior to your holiday.
