This house stands on a corner, and two of the bedrooms enjoy views of the river. The quaint High Street is only 5 mins walk away, and again it is only 5 mins walk to the golden sands of the beach. The house enjoys an almost palacial hallway, superb modern kitchen, lounge diner, 4 bedrooms 2 ensuite bathrooms, family bathroom, cloakroom. The property has a pocket handkerchief garden, and one parking space at the rear of the property. The Norfolk Broads are in easy driving distance, and there are many eateries, pubs etc within easy walking distance. The house will be ready for holiday lets for the first time in 2007.

Kitchen: This modern black and white kitchen has washing machine, dishwasher, gas hob with hood over, electric fan assisted oven, microwave, and upright fridge freezer.
Living Rooms: The lounge diner boasts 3 large windows, tv, dining table and chairs, wall unit, three seater settee and two armchairs, coffee table.
Other: Apart from the hall and kitchen which are ceramic tiles, (as are the bathrooms) the house is carpeted throughout.

Outside
The garden is only small as the beach is so close. Due to the fact the house is in the old town of Gorlestone and is surrounded by what used to be fishermans cottages, back access to these properties is through our garden.

Coast/Beach
The beach has beautiful golden sands, a paddling pool for the children and a model boating lake, and is only 5 mins walk away.
Norfolk broads can be reached by an easy short drive.

Further details
Shops, restaurants, supermarkets, banks etc are all within 5 mins walk.

Booking by telephone. 20% non refundable deposit secures booking. Balance of payment 6 weeks before date of travel. £200 deposit required against breakages and key loss.
