With the sea just 400 yards away, the large bay-windowed sitting room (17.5' x 13') has wonderful views of the sea and the Welsh coast in the distance. Ilfracombe has a lot to offer with its historic harbour and Tunnels beaches. There is also a theatre and cinema in the town and many quality restaurants, including one owned by the artist Damien Hirst. The award winning beaches of Woolacombe and Saunton Sands are very close by. Ilfracombe is also on the edge of the Exmoor National Park and there are many interesting places to explore, for instance, Lynton and Lynmouth with its water-powered funicular railway or Woolacoombe and Croyde, renowned for their surfing and surfing schools. There are frequent boat trips to Lundy Island from Ilfracombe, as well as coastal and fishing excursions. Children and pets are welcome.

Apart from the dates around Christmas, Easter and the school summer holidays, the flat can be rented on a nightly basis, minimum stay 2 nights.
Changeover day
Changeover usually takes place on a Saturday, but this can be flexible in the low season. Please time your arrival for 2 o'clock onwards, and leave by 12 midday.
