Booking notes
50% of rental payable on booking, with balance due 8 weeks prior to holiday. Full rental must be paid if booking is made within 8 weeks of holiday. Payment by cheque or credit/debit card on-line. No refunds unless property is re-let, in which case £50 admin fee will be charged.
