We are located close to many historic towns and villages, the Heritage Coast and Constable Country.

The complex surrounds and overlooks a heated swimming pool 30 x 20'. Outside furniture and a BBQ within the pool area is supplied.
Private garden and full sized tennis court. There is a private garden for guests only with table, BBQ and chairs with stunning views and wonderful sunsets for a relaxing evening whilst watching a game of tennis.

Moat Farm is situated approx 2 miles from Lavenham and surrounding the property are some magnificent walks and cycle rides. 10 bicycles are supplied within the price of the let.
Within easy reach of Moat Farm are the following areas of interest - The Heritage Coast situated approx 40 mins away and includes the unspoilt coastal resorts of Orford, Aldeburgh, Southwold and Walberswick. These areas have some fine fresh seafood restaurants such as the Butley Oyster at Orford, the famous fish and chip shop at Aldeburgh, The Crown at Southwold and The Company Shed on Mersey Island.
Lavenham has a number of superb restaurants and traditional pubs plus a magnificent church and historic buildings. Colchester, approx 16 miles away is one of the oldest towns in England. Bury St Edmunds, approx 15 miles, is the famous Abbey town which once again has interesting historic buildings, The Abbey Gardens, numerous pubs and restaurants and superb shopping facilities. The university town of Cambridge is situated approx 45 miles away and is within easy reach on the A14 Motorway.

A £250 non-refundable deposit on booking. The balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. A security deposit of £200 also payable which will be refunded at the end of your stay subject to any damage or breakage’s occurring.
