Wyllow Apartment is a modern 2 bedroom apartment with fantastic views overlooking the Cornish countryside. The apartment is on the ground floor and is ideal for anyone who would prefer to avoid steps. It is close to the main road into Fowey and has its own parking space. It is approx 10-15 min walk into Fowey and there is also a shuttle bus into the town. Readymoney beach is a 15 mins walk. Polkerris beach is a 5 mins drive. Many more beaches on the north and south coast of Cornwall are within easy driving distance.

We have just returned (very sadly!) from your apartment and just wanted to say how much we enjoyed our stay there. About the owner
About us. We are a family with two boys who are mad about surfing. We love Cornwall and spend as much time as we can down there. We have furnished and equipped the apartment as comfortably as possible, so we have all the convenience we have at home. Being on one level, with parking outside the door (unusual in Fowey), it has also been very popular with older relatives.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We previously owned a fisherman's cottage in Polruan, across the river from Fowey. We moved over the river so that we can travel up to the north coast for the surf - about a 30 min drive. So we have the best of both worlds. The fishing town atmosphere of Fowey for the adults, and the rolling waves of the Atlantic for the teenage boys.
Unique benefits of the property
The apartment is convenient for the main road in and out of Fowey, so has easy access to the A38 and A30. This means you can get around Cornwall with ease. We have several guests who return every year. Our guests include all ages - from families to older people looking for a good base from which to explore Cornwall. It is a warm property in winter, so is great for an off season break.
