Accessibility
Although not specially built for wheelchair users, most rooms are on the ground floor with no steps.
Outside
Our pool is called the Atlantic Ocean with rock pools and surfing waves and is ten minutes walk away across the cliffs - Polzeath beach is a great place for small children as well as their grand parents. There are very active surf schools to introduce the novice to this addictive sport.
Coast/Beach
200m from the Coastal Path. Turn left for a 5 minute walk to Polzeath beach or left to a series of coves and the River Camel Estuary.
Skiing
The water variety at Rock.
Travel
Newquay Airport (NQY) is about 35 minutes drive. Road times from the south east vary according to the time of day but expect a 4 hour journey from London.
Distances
Polzeath village and shops are a 10 minute walk and scattered around are many small shops. Bakery selling Cornish pasties, home baked bread and delicious ready meals at Rock.
Further details
Many local pubs and restaurants serving a variety of meals. The property displays the current favourites. Banking is available at Wadebridge (One of the best shopping towns in North Cornwall) which is a 20 minute drive away.
