West Seacombe is a spacious house with ample accommodation for eight situated in a prime position on the Yarmer Estate overlooking both the golf course and the beach. It has been used as a holiday house and for golfing breaks for over 25 years and is well equipped for families, walkers and golfers. A large tarmac drive can accommodate at least 4 cars. Floor to ceiling double glazed sliding doors offer stunning coastal views from the living room and open out onto the terrace. A conservatory offers comfortable seating for those cooler days with equally amazing views and the terrace leads onto a large shared lawned garden ideal for family games. The 'farmhouse' kitchen is well equipped and spacious.

Coast/Beach
The coastal path and nearest beach are only 200m walk from the house. There are a choice of excellent beaches locally and with Bantham beach only a mile away by foot. Bantham is a favourite with surfers and families and is a large sandy beach with views to Burgh Island and Bigbury. There are some superb coastal path walks in the area with Hope Cove (2 miles) and Salcombe (8 miles) in easy walking distance for enthusiasts.

Golf
The house overlooks the 18th fairway of Thurlestone Golf Club. The challenging course was founded in 1897, is 6340 yards, par 71 and has some of the finest coastal views found anywhere in the UK. The greens are always in good condition throughout the year and the club are very welcoming to visiting golfers with handicap certificates. The catering at the club is excellent.

Car essential.

Distances
The centre of Thurlestone village with it's pub and post office/general store is within 10 mins walk. Kinsgbridge the nearest town is 15 minutes away by car and has some excellent shopping, a large supermarket and all the usual amenities. Salcombe is a busy fishing and tourist village offering a varied range of water sports activities only 20 minutes away by car.

Further details
There are a number of restaurants and pubs offering good quality local food. Locally, The Village Inn in Thurlestone itself, the Sloop in Bantham and the Church Arms in Churchstow all have a warm and friendly atmosphere.
