Hi, my name is Paul and I help run a transport company in Gloucestershire. I love visiting North Devon, hence buying a cottage here. The area is great for long walks along the coastal path and award winning sandy beaches plus lots of water sports to get involved with as well as the superb golf course.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
I bought this cottage because of the brilliant location on the North Devon Coast plus it is only 2 hours away from where I live.
Unique benefits of the property
The 1st tee of the golf course is about 30 seconds from the front door of the cottage! Similarly the outside swimming pool is also about 30 seconds away. Close enough to the coast without being engulfed by lots of other holiday makers.
