The apartment is part of an exclusive 2006 development comprising of six of the original buildings of the leather works.

Notes on accommodation
We can provide cots, cot linen, and liquidiser if required. The apartment is equipped with CD player/radio, PS2, hairdryer, television, DVD, board games, cards and a selection of books. The price covers all utilities, linen (duck down duvets and pillows, pure 100% cotton bed linen). We also provide an information pack in the apartment that contains a comprehensive list of things to do locally, from details of where to find fine dining and pubs to tourist attractions and OS maps and walking books. The apartment is non-smoking and we regret that we cannot accept pets.

Accessibility
This is a first floor apartment and is not suitable for wheelchairs.
Coast/Beach
10 mins drive from Hayling Island which has a selection of beaches and seaside entertainment. West Wittering beach is 30 mins away which provides a quiet large sandy beach.
Travel
5 mins walk from Havant train and bus stations with access to Portsmouth (8 miles) Chichester (9 miles) and London (1 hour 15 mins to London Waterloo).
Distances
5 min walk from Havant town centre which includes a number of pubs, restaurants and a Waitrose supermarket.
Booking notes
A deposit of one third of the rental fee is payable on making the booking. The booking will not be secured until the deposit has been received. The balance will be payable six weeks before the start of the rental.
