Burn Park village consists of 34 luxury cottages, ranging from studios to 3 bedroomed apartments. The 2 bed/sleep 6 that I have available has great character, constructed from traditional Cornish building materials. Each luxury block stands within its own landscaped area and enjoys privacy from its neighbours. The accommodation is superbly furnished, including: a fully fitted and equipped kitchen (including fridge and microwave). Double glazing and central heating throughout. TV, video and CD player. All bedlinen, towels, crockery, cutlery, towels and bedding. All utilities are included in the price of the holiday. So there are no extra fees to pay, everything is included in the price. Sorry but pets are not allowed; there has been a lot of damage caused by them recently.

Changeover day
Book in after 4 pm on Saturday. Depart by 10 am on the following Saturday.

Notes on accommodation
Every unit is furnished to provide every requirement for self-catering, from linen, towels and duvets to hairdryer, TV, DVD and CD player along with crockery, cutlery, glassware and cookware and fully equipped kitchen. Guest launderettes on site.

Resort facilities include: heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, whirlpool spa bath, gym, beauty treatment suite, full-size snooker table, pool and table tennis, restaurant and bar, regular live entertainment, all-weather tennis court
pitch and putt course, pony rescue centre, laundry facilities.
Coast/Beach
The resort is on the perimeter of the North Cornwall Golf Course. You can walk through this course and into town just 15 minutes away. Bude is a very popular town with plenty of local shops, pubs and restaurants, there is even a 19th Century canal, now used for boating and fishing. There is a thriving night life at Bude, particularly during the summer months. Local beaches are brilliant; sandy and safe.

Other popular beaches in the local area include Widemouth Bay, Summerleaze and Crooklets. Also in the area are Clovelley, Bocastle Harbour, Dartmoor and Exmoor National Parks and, of course, King Arthur’s castle and Tintagel. Additionally, the Tamar lakes, beautiful gardens (including the Lost Gardens of Heligan) and unspoilt villages.

Here in the heart of the Cornish countryside, between Falmouth and St Ives, Clowance is set in 97 acres of beautifully landscaped parkland and woodlands, complete with an 18th century manor house and its own private golf course. Within the grounds, with its many peaceful paths, are more than 57 species of trees, including many unusual specimens, such as Chusan Palms from the Yangtze River and rare plants like the Mexican Fleabane. The resort has the added attraction that it is easily reached from all parts of the country, via the M5 and A30. And once you are here, the fact that you are 12 miles from Truro, 12 miles from Penzance and about 5 miles from both the north and south coasts puts all of Cornwall’s many attractions within easy driving distance.
