Prices are for the property per week/weekend in UK Pounds. There is a refundable £85 breakages deposit. To secure the booking, 20% of the total cost must be paid. The remainder sum must be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Rentals are available either for a minimum of a week (7 days) or a special weekend break - Friday evening (6pm onwards to Monday 10am (price as listed).

Booking notes
Letting periods normally run from Saturday to Saturday.
Special weekend breaks are also available.
Please try to arrive after lunch on your first Saturday and to leave before 10am, to give us time to prepare the apartment for new arrivals. The apartment is self-catering and we ask you to keep it clean and tidy during your stay and on departure. The cleaner comes in twice a week.
