Rough Seas is a light and airy apartment situated above Porthmeor beach and the Tate gallery in a street called Clodgy View, near to Barnoon car park, which has views across St Ives bay and beyond. There are beaches, shops, galleries, restaurants and the coastal path, all within 5 minutes walk. This apartment is on the ground floor and has a guaranteed, free parking space for one car a few steps away from the door.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. A 5% discount on the total rental is offered on bookings of 2 weeks or more. Changeover day can be varied between October and March when short breaks can be arranged, this does not include the Christmas period or half-terms. Between March and October, only full weeks may be booked even if staying for under 7 nights. £100 deposit, refundable after satisfactory inspection, to be paid with final settlement 8 weeks prior to the holiday.

Changeover day
The changeover day is on Friday with arrival after 4pm and departure by 10am. Changeover day can be varied from late autumn to early spring when short breaks are also available.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with double bed and additional hand basin.
Bedroom 2 with twin beds.
Both have 'walk in' wardrobes.
Bathrooms: The bathroom has an over bath electric shower, hand basin, wc and airing cupboard.
Kitchen: The well equipped kitchen has an electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. There is plenty of storage and worktop space.
Living Rooms: The living/dining room, which overlooks the sea, has a large flat screen TV and DVD, a 3 piece suite, dining table and chairs and an electric fire.

Rough Seas is cleaned on a weekly basis, beds are prepared with duvets and bed linen prior to your arrival. Towels are not provided.

Notes on accommodation
Night storage heating plus electric fire in living room, fan heaters in bathroom and kitchen. Electricity included.

Accessibility
There are six steps between the parking place and the entrance, once inside, the apartment is all on one level.

Outside
There is a small outdoor area at the back of the property ideal for drying clothes/wetsuits, and storage of surfboards, or just to sit and enjoy the morning and afternoon sun.

Coast/Beach
Porthmeor beach, which is great for surfing, and the harbour beach are both less than 5 minutes walk away and Porthminster beach is a 10-15 minute walk. Carbis Bay is a short drive away (about 10 minutes), between there and Godrevy point there are three miles of golden sand. There are numerous other beaches and small coves dotted around within a reasonable driving distance. The coastal path is only about 5 minutes walk away from the apartment.

Booking notes
Requested dates will be held for 7 days pending receipt of booking deposit. A 25% deposit is required to secure booking. Balance of payment is due 8 weeks prior to the holiday plus
£100 deposit which is refundable after satisfactory inspection.

The view from the living room is gorgeous and we wish we could take it with us ~ especially the sun sets.
