It's a charming mixture of Georgian and Victorian architecture, with a really homely feel...perfect to come back and relax in after a day at the beach, or exploring the nearby pleasures of Broadstairs, Ramsgate, Margate, Sandwich, Deal, Canterbury etc. The cottage boasts off-street parking for up to three vehicles, a large kitchen/diner with all facilities for self-catering, a beautiful lounge area with entertainment hub, an inspiring sun-room (perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee), a south-facing courtyard garden (for a summer evening bbq), utility/ w.c. room, 3 good-sized double bedrooms and bathroom with separate shower cubicle. The cottage is kept to a high standard of interior design. A perfect Kent retreat.

We are approx: just over a mile to the lovely sandy Joss Bay surfing beach (4 mins drive) or Viking Bay (main Broadstairs beach) is about 5 mins drive away, (pleasantly walkable in about 25-30 mins). There are 7 beautiful bays in Sunny Broadstairs.
Golf
Northforeland golf course is closely located, as well as other established courses.
Travel
Kent International airport is around 5.5 miles away and Ramsgate International Ferry Terminal is around 3 miles away. Broadstairs train station is around half a mile away (10-12 mins walk).
High-speed train services commenced from London St.Pancras in December 2009, slashing the journey time to only 1 hr 22 mins (direct to Broadstairs)
The National Express St Peters coach stop is 2 mins walk away at the end of our street, direct services to London.

St.Peters in Broadstairs hosts an historic Turner and Dickens walk, and the local church boasts one of the longest churchyards in England. (A guided tour of historic St Peters can be taken). Broadstairs boasts a wealth of fine restaurants and welcoming pubs, too numerous to list here. In the immediate vicinity of the cottage we have several fast food options, a co-op supermarket, a pub, a flower shop, butchers and newsagents. Further down the road, a short drive away, you have the excellent amenities of the Westwood Cross shopping centre, including major supermarkets and retail chains, multiplex cinema, bingo, restaurant chains. Booking notes
Booking deposit required is £100,(non refundable paid immediately) paid direct into bank account or a cheque (3 business days clearing required). Full payment for rental needs to be paid 4 weeks before arrival. A breakages/excess cleaning deposit of £100 is also required and this is returnable by post on inspection.
