From the large balcony on the first floor you can enjoy panoramic views of glorious rolling countryside leading to the coast just a couple of miles away. You and your party can relax in sumptuous comfort enjoying spacious, state-of-the-art facilities within a period setting retaining the character of the old building. The Old Vicarage itself offers accommodation for either 22 people or an additional 18 if needed using the adjoining east wing of the property. For larger parties there is the option to also use Malborough House 200 yards away (which sleeps 22).

Changeover day
The changeover day for week long bookings is a Friday.

| Bedrooms: | 7 double bedrooms. 1 bedroom with 4 single beds. 2 bunk bedrooms. 2 lounges with 3 double sofa beds. 1 twin room. 1 attic room consisting of double sofa bed and 4 single beds. |
| Bathrooms: | All of the above bedrooms are en-suite apart from 2 of the doubles, the 2 lounges, the attic room and the twin room. There are 2 ground floor shower rooms and 1 shower room on the second floor. |
| Kitchen: | The one kitchen includes a 2 door AGA cooker, plus conventional oven with hobs and microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and small kitchen breakfast table. |
| Utility Room: | Washing machine, tumble dryer. |
| Living Rooms: | There are 3 lounges within the Old Vicarage and 1 in the east wing. The middle lounge of the Old Vicarage and the east wing both have double sofa beds that can be utilised and all lounges have Sky TV, DVDs and WiFi. Games room, dining room for 22. |
| Other: | The games room consists of a pool table, American football table, darts. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
1 set of face, hand and bath towels are provided per person and bedlinen is also provided. For bookings of more than 7 nights we will provide linen and towels and can arrange a maid to come in and clean at an additional cost. |

Notes on accommodation
The Old Vicarage has a variety of bedroom types, sizes, and shapes, adding to the property's character and charm. All rooms are suitable for children and adults. All bedrooms have heating and air-conditioning and all have windows with a view!
Accessibility
We have downstairs accommodation in the double lounge and downstairs facilities so suitable for the elderly and disabled.
Outside
Outside there is a sun terrace and a lower sun terrace with patio seating and heating. Barbecues are provided as well as sun loungers.
Coast/Beach
The closest beach is Hope Cove, located approximately 2 miles away and there are plenty of safe and sandy beaches at Salcombe, Thurlestone and Bantham all within a 40 minute drive.
Golf
Golf at Thurlestone, Bigbury and Dartmouth.
Special interest holidays
There are a wealth of fantastic walking/rambling routes around the coastal picturesque area of outstanding natural beauty.
Surfing, water skiing, fishing and boating is on offer in Salcombe (2miles away) Dartmouth (13miles away) Hope Cove (5miles away)
Travel
The nearest airport is Exeter which is located approximately 45 miles away and the nearest mainline station is Totnes which is located about a 20 miles away. A car is not essential, however definitely recommended although there are plenty of buses that run between Salcombe and Kingsbridge.

The nearest town is Salcombe located about 4 miles away and Kindsgbridge is located 13 miles outside of Malborough.

Booking notes
To secure a booking a £1000 non refundable deposit is required, with the remaining balance to be settled 1 month prior to arrival. We also require a £1000 security deposit to cover any damages or breakages. This is returned to you no later than 14 days after departure. Please note this needs to be in cleared funds prior to arrival date.
