One Ocean Breeze is a spacious ground floor apartment, part of the luxury development of the former Ocean Breezes Hotel. It is located 200 yards from Porthmeor beach and 3 minutes walk from the Tate. There are two bedrooms - large master bedroom with en-suite; twin room, family bathroom, open plan living/dining area with well fitted and equipped kitchen. Few minutes walk to the town and harbour.

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Prices quoted are for a maximum of 4 people. 5th/6th person can be accommodated, at owners discretion, for an extra charge. Please contact owner for details.
Short Breaks are available, October to March, excluding Half Terms and Christmas Holidays - Friday to Monday (3 nights) and Monday to Friday (4 nights). These are charged at 60% of the Full Week rate.

Changeover day
Friday is the preferred changeover day, but out of season this can be flexible. Short breaks (out of season) are normally Monday to Friday or Friday to Monday.

The South West Coast Path to Zennor can be accessed easily, within 5 minutes.

Travel
A car is not necessary in St Ives and parking, in peak holiday weeks, can be a challenge. The apartment doesn't have its own allocated parking space but is opposite Barnoon Car Park (approx 150 spaces). Car hire is available from a local garage. St Ives has its own railway station at the end of a short but very scenic branch line from St Erth, where most main line trains regularly call. There are also good bus links to and from St Ives.

Further details
Few minutes walk to the town and harbour. Ocean Breeze apartment occupies a prime location above the Tate Gallery and is 200 yards from Porthmeor Beach.

Booking notes
Please contact the owner by email. You will then be sent the booking form and other relevant information. £100 deposit is required at the time of booking and a damage deposit of £150 is required with the Full Payment - 8 weeks before the holiday is taken. All guests are recommended to take out their own holiday cancellation insurance.

About the owner
My husband David and I have always loved Cornwall. We've dreamed of owning a holiday home in St Ives since the very first time we came to this beautiful harbour town, over twenty years ago. Once our three children had flown the nest we moved from "land locked" Berkshire to the West Country and shortly afterwards, our long held dream came true when we saw, fell in love with, and bought Ocean Breeze Apartment one.

There is something very special about St Ives, on Cornwall's north Atlantic coast, and no matter what time of the year you visit, how long you stay and how often you return there is a magical quality that draws you back time and time again. It truly is a piece of heaven on earth!

The apartment is conveniently located above Porthmeor surfing beach and the Tate. It is only a few minutes walk to the town, harbour, restaurants, art galleries etc.
