Court Farmhouse is perfect for family or group gatherings.
Located in the centre of the picturesque village of Marhamchurch, which is just minutes inland from the sand and surf of the North Cornwall coastline.
300 years old, the substantial farmhouse has been tastefully renovated over the years yet still retains many of its original features.
It boasts 6 bedrooms.
Spacious living accommodation; the large lounge has comfy sofas and a gas wood burner in the large original stone fireplace and a 50'’ Digital LCD TV.
The adjoining large dining room provides a large dining table and an original inglenook fireplace with large wood burning stove (free logs).
Next to the dining room (down 2 steps) is a luxurious fully equipped modern shaker style kitchen.
Charming views extend over the centre of the village, the sunny enclosed garden and farmland beyond. The farmhouse has ease of access to all the facilities at Court Farm and village life.

The Parlour provides light and airy accommodation all on one floor. Access is through its own private porch, leading you through to the newly refurbished open plan living area and modern kitchen with exposed beams and slate flooring.
The spacious master bedroom is set to the right of the living area and the twin room is set to the left, next to the bathroom with Jacuzzi bath with over-bath shower.
It has 2 steps into the porch but ramp access can be provided for the less able and provides useful storage for wheelchairs and pushchairs.

This barn with its exposed beams has been tastefully refurbished in a blend of traditional and contemporary styles.
The bedrooms are on the ground floor and living area on the first floor, with its large windows, is light and airy, providing a fully fitted kitchen / diner, separate lounge and family bathroom with over bath shower.

Quality, fully fitted kitchens with microwave, electric cookers and dishwashers. Washing machines (except Wheelwright, which has use of owners machine on-site). Freshly prepared bed linen included. Free Wireless Broadband connection in all cottages, (except Southpark). Utility bills included. We are very toddler/child friendly! Cots, highchairs, booster seats, bed-guards, fireguards, food blenders, additional stair gates (all have one fitted at the top of staircases) also available by request. Coast/Beach
Court Farm is very much part of Marhamchurch village life, set amongst the quaint cottages and houses of whitewashed stone which surround the village’s splendid historic church. It is within a few paces of the Village pub and within ten minutes you can enjoy a range of activities. 5 blue flag beaches, fishing (sea, lake or canal), golf, horse-riding, walks along the beautiful coastal paths, explore the countryside on foot or by bike, or visit the local town of Bude.

Golf
We are 2 miles from the wonderful links golf course at Bude and within half an hours drive of Bowwood and Trethorne.

Travel
Exeter and Newquay airports are 50 miles away.

North Cornwall consists of sixty miles of dramatic Atlantic coastline with clean sandy beaches, hidden coves and pretty fishing villages to discover. Inland you will find bustling market towns and the beguiling beauty of Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor.

Staying at Marhamchurch provides easy access onto the A39 and with 20 minutes you can reach the pretty fishing village of Boscastle, Padstow and Port Issac,Clovelly also explore King Arthur’s medieval castle at Tintagel and the Eden Project.

Further details
The local town of Bude (left) is only 10 minutes away by car, or by foot, from Marhamchurch along the picturesque canal path or from Northcott via the coastal footpath.

Bude offers traditional and contemporary seaside town shopping and entertainment, supermarkets and a wide selection of cafes, pubs, restaurants and nightlife for your evening’s entertainment.

The towns’ glorious beaches include two blue flag awarded beaches, one with a safe seawater swimming pool. Additionally, there is a golf course, 'Splash' indoor leisure centre and horse riding stables.

The Tamar Lakes, the source of the river Tamar that divides the two counties of Devon and Cornwall are situated just a few miles inland. The Lower Tamar Lake offers coarse fishing, bird-watching and shoreline walking, while the upper Tamar Lake provides facilities and instruction for a range of water sports including sailing, windsurfing and canoeing.

Closeby at Tamar Shooting Ground, you can go Clay Pigeon shooting with Nigel Bond, 5 time member of the England ABT Shooting team.

Thank you for a really enjoyable holiday! The cottage was lovely, beautifully furnished, warm, clean and with everything that we needed. The private hot tub in our garden was such a treat, as was the shared swimming pool, tennis court, games room and other facilities. The children have had a superb week, and it was lovely that everything was so close by for them to be able to enjoy these facilities safely.

We enjoyed days out to some beautiful areas of Cornwall, without having to travel far, and it was always nice to return each day to the peaceful village setting of Court Farm Cottages.
