Short breaks available in quiet months and and as late availability. Please enquire for rates for reduced occupancy particularly from November through to the end of March. On a two week booking there is a discount of £100.

Changeover day
From Easter through to the end of October the changeover day is a Friday. There is flexibility outside of this time.

Bedrooms: On the first floor, 1 room one king sized bed and 1 twin bedded room. On the second, one double room, one twin. Beds are prepared with duvets and quality bedlinen.
On the first floor there is a shower room and toilet as well as a bathroom and toilet.
Bathrooms: Located on the first floor there is a shower room with toilet and a bathroom and toilet. Refurbished in 2011 with high quality fittings, Villeroy & Boch, Matki & hans Grohe.
Kitchen: The fitted kitchen has a large freestanding fridge/freezer, microwave, gas cooker, dishwasher and is well equipped for keen cooks.
Utility Room: A good sized laundry/drying room houses a sink, the washing machine, tumble dryer, drying rack and gives ample storage for beach, surf, walking and other outdoor gear.
Living Rooms: The living room is simply decorated in neutral tones with quality furnishings. The reception room has an oak dining table with seating for eight and two large leather sofas, plus there is an occasional chair and two feature window seats.
Other: Large hallway with plenty of space for coats, walking boots, buckets and spades etc.

Accessibility
The house has a small flight of granite steps to the front with handrail. The stairs to the first floor are reasonably wide and deep. The location of the property gives reasonably level access to all of St Ives attractions - it does not require walking up and down some of the town's steep hills.

Outside
At the back of the house is a small secluded courtyard with bistro table, chairs and plants. There is a washing line and a hose for washing down wet suits/bikes. The flight of granite steps leading to a grassy lane, are quite steep but there is a custom made safety gate is in place in interests of younger visitors.

Coast/Beach
The property is within walking distance of all St Ives beaches and is a couple of minutes from the harbour. Access to the coast path is easy and the house provides ample space to dry wet weather gear, wet suits and storage for surf boards and bikes.

Travel
Nearest airport is Newquay. Nearest main line railway station is St. Erth, on the Paddington/Penzance line with a wonderful small coastal branch line connection to St. Ives. St. Ives is just 5 minutes drive from the A30 trunk road making the major cities of Exeter, Bristol, and London easily accessible.

To secure a week a deposit of one third of the rental is required. The balance plus £150 returnable security deposit is payable 8 weeks before the holiday.
