The cottage is situated about 6 miles from the wide expanses of the north Norfolk coast and its beautiful beaches. Holkham. Brancaster and Wells beaches are popular

Guest comments
I have used this cottage on several occasions and have found it clean, cosy and of a high standard. The village itself is delightful and for me a great base for exploring the many attractions. In the summer the private garden is a sun trap and delightful for outside dining. Mr. G. Knight, Leicester

About the owner
Hello! My family and I have always loved coming to Norfolk. I bought the cottage in 2002 and have had fun renovating it. I live and work in Leicester so within 2 hours I can be at the cottage. It is a world away from city life and a real stress buster! The cottage was built in 1790 it now has all mod cons. It has an enclosed garden which is a lovely sun trap, ideal for eating outside. There is a parking space outside the door. There is a great pub in walking distance in the pretty village. The green has a playground and a stream with ducks. A few miles away is the fashionable Georgian town of Burham Market which has excellent food and clothes shops as well as the famous Hoste Arms Inn. The North Norfolk Coast line and beautiful beaches are about 6 miles away. Fantastic!

Year purchased: 2002
