This comfortable, well equipped cottage sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms. 2 have comfortable doubles, the third 2 singles. The upstairs bathroom has bath with power shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Laundry facilities are available nearby on-site, with iron and ironing board at the cottage. There is an open plan lounge/dining room with TV, DVD and CD player. Wi-fi available at the main office, together with their own internet connection (pay to use). There is a tennis court, children's play area and indoor plunge pool and gym.

Bedroom 3 has 2 singles.
Bathrooms: Upstairs good size bathroom with bath and power shower.
Downstairs spacious loo with toilet and handbasin.
Kitchen: Well equipped with dishwasher, cooker,microwave etc. Loads of up to date crockery, glasses and pans etc.
Living Rooms: Very comfortable open plan lounge/dining room with 22" flat screen TV (Freeview), DVD and CD players. Books, games and jigsaws.
Other: Plenty of storage in large under stairs cupboard including hanging space for coats. Also a porch area for boots, wetsuits and beach gear.

Notes on accommodation
The cottage would suit families and couples who enjoy a tranquil setting. The site does not have en-site nightlife, but there is a fitness room, jacuzzi and plunge pool for relaxation.

Accessibility
Not suitable for wheelchair users as bedrooms are on the first floor.

Outside
There is a patio area with table and BBQ. 2 sun chairs stored under stairs. Allocated parking space with extra (unnumbered spaces) for guests.

Coast/Beach
The nearest beaches are Swanpool and Maenporth which are a few minutes by car. Gyllyngvase Beach in Falmouth is also nearby (5 mins by car), and all are walkable with care. Pick up the coastal path near the Indaba beach restaurant in Swanpool and head west towards Maenporth, its the start of a great walk.

Golf
Falmouth Golf Club 5 minutes away. Quite a challenging course with fantastic views. Nearby is Killiow, which is a reasonably priced country course, Truro, Mullion and many others within short driving distances.

Special interest holidays
A great base for walking the coastal path with picturesque bays and breathtaking scenery.

Travel
Nearest airports, Plymouth, Exeter and Newquay and there are trains to Falmouth. Channel ports are Plymouth, Portsmouth or Poole/Weymouth via Channel Islands. A car is recommended as the cottage is set in a secluded valley, however, there is a bus service which stops outside on the main route, this will take you to Falmouth or Truro.

Distances
Falmouth town centre 2 miles and Truro 9 miles. Eden project 30 miles. The Lizard is 10 miles away with all its beautiful little coves and villages.

Booking notes
A deposit of £100 per week is required at the time of booking, and the balance 6 weeks prior to arrival. If you wish to cancel your holiday please let us know as soon as possible.
