Hope Villa is a comfortable holiday home situated on the outskirts of Seaton, close to Colyford. Wonderful panoramic views across to Axmouth and the Axe estuary. Ideal for wildlife & bird watchers as the house is close to the local nature reserves, equally great for beach holidays with the Jurassic coastline and Seaton & Beer beaches a short drive away. The historic towns of Lyme Regis, Sidmouth & Exeter are within easy reach. Located in a peaceful location with easy access to shops, pubs and local restaurants; decorated to a high standard, this well equipped spacious house is great for friends & family to get together and has a cosy feel running through it. The large dining room has french doors leading onto a patio ideal for al fresco eating. The garden is mainly lawned and has a summer house and BBQ. It is fully enclosed making it ideal for young children & pets. It has full central heating with log burning stove ideal for those winter breaks or chilly nights. Wireless internet.

Accessibility
It is with regret that the property is not ideal for wheelchairs as there is step up into the house. All of the bedrooms are on the 1st and 2nd floors.

Front Lawn with side path. Lovely spot to sit and watch the trams go by in the distance. (Seaton Tramway is nearby) & enjoy the beautiful views. Side entrance to the garden via secure gate. Large patio area with table seats & bench. Large garden mainly laid to lawn, shrubs & trees. Summer House. decking area with table, chairs and parasols. Charcoal & gas BBQs. Washing line provided -stored in summer house.

Coast/Beach
5 minutes drive to Seaton beach, shingle beach.
15 minutes to Beer, Branscombe & 7 miles to Lyme Regis. 9 miles to Sidmouth and 25 miles to Exeter.

Golf
Seaton Golf Club. 10 minutes drive.

Travel
Approx 30 minutes from Exeter airport.

15 minute walk into Seaton town centre.
7 miles to the historic town of Lyme Regis.
25 miles to the cathedral city of Exeter.
Local national trust properties and rural nature reserves are all within walking distance or short car journeys. Closest pub/restaurants within a short walk with a local shop 5 minutes walk away.

Further details
Seaton has a good supermarket, lots of local shops and cafes, pubs, restaurants and banks. Seaton Tramway is a delight to travel on and you can take the tram into the village of Colyton and enjoy seeing the wildlife as you go. Enjoy the Jurassic coastline, harbour and the beach. Historic Beer is a small fishing village with its famous caves renowned for producing the 'Beer Stone'. Great location for coastal walks.

Booking notes
A deposit of 25% is payable on booking. The balance plus a £100.00 security deposit is payable 8 weeks before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 10 days of departure providing there is an absence of damage.
