Bedrooms are both upstairs. There is a step down into the property and is not particularly suitable for wheelchair access as a consequence. Grab rail in bath.

Fishing along 100s of yards of the River Brett available (in season) on the property. Access to beautiful protected water-meadows on the property. Bicycles available. Boat may be borrowed for rowing on the River Brett (at your own risk etc...)
