A damage deposit of £100 (£200 overseas guests) is required for all bookings of any length. This will be returned via post (cheque returned) or online depending on how the payment was initially made.

The property is well geared up for children with high chair, travel cot, baby gate at ground floor to basement kitchen and at first floor landing areas.
Accessibility
Unlike many properties in St Ives you are able to stop directly outside the front door of Bluebell. Those with difficulty accessing the first and second floors could use the futon in the lounge area for sleeping.

Coast/Beach
Porthminster beach is just a 10 minute walk along the coast path towards St Ives and is the home of the popular Porthminster Beach Cafe, where you can enjoy a light lunch, cream tea or for a real treat, a special evening meal while you watch the sunset. Porthmeor Beach has it all, with great surf, good food and the famous Tate gallery. St Ives harbour also provides a great beach.
Golf
Cape Cornwall Golf Course, Praa Sands Golf Course and Tregenna Castle Golf Course, West Cornwall Golf Course are all nearby.
