Double west facing terrace doors lead off from open plan living area and kitchen to terrace and enclosed garden.

The two twins are upstairs off the galleried landing with shared bathroom. Parking for 2 cars.

A south facing single storey converted barn with views over meadows and horse paddock. The bright open plan living area and fully fitted kitchen leads out through large terrace doors to small enclosed garden.
The large double and twin bedrooms both have en-suite bathrooms.
There is parking for 2 cars.

Ideal and safe for children of all ages with enclosed gardens.
Each cottage is fully heated. The party barn is next to The Hayloft and will seat up to 28. It is ideal for celebrations and eating together with group bookings.

Please contact us for more details on suitability for wheel chairs. The Gardeners cottage is all on one level.

Outside
The tennis court is available all year. The large outdoor heated shared swimming pool is heated from mid May to early September and open every day 10 - 4. The children's outdoor play area is equipped with trampoline, swings and slide. The fishing pond can be fished in all year. Large paddock can be used for football etc. Each cottage has an enclosed garden with furniture and BBQ.

Coast/Beach
15 minutes drive to Aldeburgh and Thorpeness shingle beaches and 20 minutes to Walberswick sandy beach and Southwold.

Golf
5 miles to Thorpeness Golf Club and Aldeburgh Golf Club.

Special interest holidays
Ideal for group bookings with use of the party barn which will seat up to 28 with fully fitted kitchen for family celebrations and eating together - ie Christmas or family reunions.

Travel
Driving distance to Stansted Airport. 2 miles to Saxmundham station with direct trains to London 3 times daily (2 hours). 45 minutes drive to Ipswich.
