The cottage has been equipped with carefully chosen furniture and has been tastefully decorated to complement its character and charm. This attractive stone built cottage provides an ideal retreat for a relaxing holiday and because of its size will comfortably accommodate up to six people. Centrally located, the cottage is only a very short walk to the town centre, harbour and local pubs!

| Utility Room: | Washing machine, tumbler dryer, freezer, sink, iron and ironing board. Cot and high chair. |
| Living Rooms: | Living room – Two three seater settees. There is a log burning stove set in an original stone fireplace. |

Duvet, linen and towels are provided. Cleaning and new bedding and towels each week for two week or longer stays. |

Notes on accommodation
The cottage itself, which retains all of its original character, has been tastefully decorated and modernised throughout, with new furniture and decoration.
The cottage has dimplex panel heaters in each room with a heated towel rail to the bathroom.
There is a Colour TV, DVD player, and CD/radio. Also a selection of board games, books and videos.

There is parking in front of the cottage.

50 yards to the sea.

There are a great selection of golf courses close by at Seahouses, Bamburgh, Dunstanburgh, Goswick and Almouth.
Special interest holidays
Special interest holidays – Ideal for walking all year round. Ideal base for geologists and bird watchers as access to the Farne Islands is from Seahouses Harbour.

At Seahouses you are literally surrounded by stunning scenery and spoilt for choice for things to do and places to visit. Within a short walk of the cottage are many attractions of Seahouses itself. The harbour is just around the corner and there are many pubs, shops and restaurants to choose from along Main Street.
The Farne Islands can be reached by regular boat trips from Seahouses harbour. Great for bird lovers and geologists.
The historic town of Alnwick is only 10 miles away where you will find a thriving, historic market town with something a bit special! Even if you are not green fingered, a visit to Alnwick Gardens is a must, where you can stroll around the stunning gardens and waterfalls. Harry Potter fans of all ages should visit Alnwick Castle (or Hogwart’s School) and relive some of the favourite scenes from the popular films.
The Heritage coastline is dotted with castles and villages and stunning beaches – ideal for walking all year round. The Cheviot Hills are only a short drive away offering superb views across to Holy Island and Lindisfarne. Alternatively, a stroll along the coast to Bamburgh Castle (only 1 mile away) or a visit to Holy Island are both ideal for a family day out.
Booking notes
The cottage is available to rent on a weekly basis all year round. Short breaks are also available off-peak. A non-refundable deposit of one third or a minimum of £100 is required to secure a booking. The balance to be paid 6 weeks before your holiday.
